You must have been awarded a Class I, II or III and be in good standing with the Fire Department.

An individual who has rendered service to the Fire Department of the City of New York or Honor Legion and has merited gratitude and recognition for those services OR one who is the serving spouse of a New York City Firefighter who has been killed in the line of duty, and who has applied for Honorary Membership and been approved by the Board of Directors.
